Speaking Task 1 — I forget the sentence before I can say it back

Question

If the sentence is short I'm fine, but as soon as it gets longer I lose the back half. Taking notes makes it worse because I write too slowly. Anyone who got 5.0+ — how did you actually practise this?

Shadowing helped me more than notes. Play it once, say it back immediately, then check. Don't write anything down for the first week.

저도 같은 문제였는데 문장을 의미 단위로 끊어서 기억하니까 훨씬 나아졌어요. 통째로 외우려고 하면 무조건 뒷부분이 날아가요.
